Not much, LT is restricted to 4 flavours and 2 flapjacks, refeed is slower and you dont have to aam either!
But they seem to have the same losses and you have to drink the same amount of water

Well...not until week 13, when I thought every VLCD had to do something extra to follow the VLCD guidelines of N.I.C.E.

AAM on cambridge doesn't exist anymore.

Thats wierd...my CDC says i have to! every 4 weeks!
No, with LT you don't have to add food, or anything at anytime!

Afraid she's mistaken. That's the old CD. It was updated (February, I think). You can SS for 12 weeks without a break.

She does have to inform your doctor. Not ask permission or anything. Just send him a standard form telling him/her. She should be doing that anyway.
