past week 1 its mostly fat you are shitfing now, so you should see a loss if it was once, twice, who knows ( depends on your body ),
could just be 1lb or more but thats still a loss, just forget the cheating, start again, and hope for the best that you will learn from first time and get back on the wagon

thanks once again, that all happened last night it was a small slice is meat pie drank loads of water after I ate it and had my soup, jumped back on the wagon and I've been good today, no cheating just drinking my soups.
Hey there im a big fat cheater too and in week 1 i had a slice of pizza (along with some salad amd quorn sausage on a diff day) i lost 7lbs which i was mega happy with. Problem with comparisons is we are all different. stop beating yourself up over it now and focus on a good end to the week. jb xxx

Ive completely fallen off of the wagon once. Getting back to keotis was hell. I WONT BE DOING THAT AGAIN!
Typically if you keep away from carbs and acids you wont knock yourself out of keotis so its just a cals to deal with, you'll still lose weight just not as much!
Good luck getting back to TFR and just try your best to keep it up.
I wont lie, Ive had the occasional slice of cheese or ham now and again, never any carbs thou i dont even crave carbs anymore which is weird as i couldnt sit through a pizza or chocolate advert when i started this., ive been on this a long time so i dont beat myself up over it as 100% most of the time,
