So have been pretty good all week and I never exceed my syns. I have cut back on alcohol particularly cider which I love and for the past few days myself and family have planned a trip to the beach including a fish and chip lunch. I skipped the sweets and ice cream and tucked into a even tastier fish and chip lunch because I felt like it won't be that bad as I am still under syns for the week. I also had another treat and had 1 bottle of my favourite fruit cider then had diet drink..... I worked out including the cider today I've had about 50 syns but this week altogether including today I've had 70 as I tried to cut back to accommodate today's lunch! Is this acceptable? Should I be overly worried about the scales? I've never done anything like this before?..
