    officially, no (new guidelines say nothing other than the allowed teas, water, flavourings, coffee)

    oh i seen alot of posts with people drinking coke zero, i thought we could have pepper zero too theres no citric acid init?

    oh dear oh bought me 2 bottles of it :(

    No but I've had a can a day and I'm fine and still in keytosis....

    And if I'm down the pub I have diet coke with no ice or no lemon and I'm still fine.Everyone is different though.

    Its not citric acid v malic acid its the flavourings that can make it harder to stick to the diet also it isn't calorie free.

    My CDC assures me its ok to drink coke zero and Dr pepper zero.
