CD normally leaves one constipated. Could be coz of the increased water intake perhaps?

I was like that for the first 4-5 day's but it passed very quickly and like determined2011 say's it very quickly went the other way. Think it is just your body saying "what the hell is coing on"

I get that if I drink an entire sachet at one time. Split them - I have one at 8, 10, 12, 2 etc. And drink a lot afterwards. Its the vits and minerals can make you runny tummy.

also try drinking a glass of water before your shake to help dilute the vitamins and minerals in your stomach

Aww bless you, I felt a bit like that the first few days, maybe it's your body going into a what the hell shock tactic haha...

Keep going, after day 3, I promise it gets easier, I am on day 8, and even though im hungry now, I rarely am often anymore xxx

I had the other issue my first few days. Im on day 7 now and it is getting better. Our bodies need to adjust to this major change in our eating habits.
