I was like that my first week back on plan, I think it a mixture of maybe drinking more fluid and your body getting rid of fat. That's what I tried to remember when it woke me up at 2am every morning! Someone else may have a real scientific answer lol
nope, still happens to me now.. you get used to it, drinking more fluids and eating fruit and veg which has tons of water in it, it all has to go somewhere lol
If you're drinking a lot more then yup, it's normal! Just to say though, you don't pee out fat so it's not really related to that so much. If you up your fluid intake you will need to go a lot more at first but you soon adjust.
To be honest. i never stop peeing these days. Colleagues are beginning to think i'm either ill or pregnanat, cos i never left my desk to pee before now I go at least 3 times a day haha
