is this ok on green?

    hi there

    im sure this is ok but wanted to run it by some of you experts!!!

    b,fast - scrambled egg and beans (3eggs and 2 L,cow light)

    lunch - 2 rice cakes (3 syns) with 1 L,cow light, fruit and muller light,

    tea - cheesy pasta, broccoli and chicken bake chicken.

    3 cups tea - 1 1/2 syns
    hot choc - 2 syns

    hexa is l cow light and hex b is chicken, not sure what to have for 2nd hexb

    Hi, that looks okay for a green day. For your second HEXB you could have some bread or cereal or maybe a cereal bar? I try to keep one so I can have a cereal bar with a cuppa later on in the evening.

    As long as you are not hungry then it looks good to me!!

    You could have another 1oz cheese as your other HeB, or 2 Alpen light bars, you could also have some for bacon, but Im not sure of the quantity and add it to your Chicken bake - sounds lovely by the way!!
    What about fruit and other veg?

    I have the hi fi bars - I love the lemon ones, or as Mrs V says - 2 alpen light bars and I think you can have the ryvita goodness ones too.

    thanks. i will be having sweetcorn and salad with my bake at t time and will snack on bits of fruit through the day.
    the cheesy bake is pasta, broccoli and chicken cooked and mixed with 2-3 L cow lights and a drop of milk. you can add s & p, herbs etc to taste. :):)
