Total Solution Is this Ok ?

I'm just starting to add a few bits of food in but don't want to get knocked out of ketosis is this Ok?

1/2 cup passata
Lean mince
Egg whites
1/4 oatbran
Tomato paste
Cottage cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Low fat cheese 20g

It makes cheesy meatballs

Any ideas of all these things are Ok?
