An some one please let me know if it is okay not to have a proper lunch? I had breakfast, which consisted of 3 eggs, mushroom and peppers made into an omelette, with a slice of bread (HXB) - I use milk, so that is my HXA, I am having a red day an intend to have spag bolognese for dinner , with a bit of cheese (HXB for mince and HXA for cheese) and didnot feel like something heavy for lunch, so have had a banana, an apple and some grapes, and I'm feeling full. Is this okay? Thanks for looking x

Hey! I was just wondering, lean mince is free on a red day, you would need to use your hxb on spag? I'm only a few weeks in and easily confused!!xx

Lean mince is not free on any plan, only extra lean - the lean mince is half a syn per 28g on red and EE

Sorry, I meant extra lean. I was just meaning you wouldn't have to hxb it on a red day :) x
