My goal is to be a 12 from an 18 by Christmas!! But my weight just doesn't seem to shift despite being 100% SS x

I am starting cambridge at 16st 12 lbs, However I have been on a strict diet using slim fast & weight watcher meals so I dont expect to see some of the 10lb first week loss like some people going from normal eating to cambridge (as I did 1st time around a few years ago) I was 18 1/2 stone mid august.

Cfay27 what weekly weights are you losing ? are you drinking the full amount of water ?

I started Cambridge on the 9th of this month weighing in at 16st 10lbs.
Had my first weigh in last night and have lost 9lbs
I am really hoping to have lost 3st if not a bit more by christmas

I think 3st is very much achievable in 12 weeks SS.
I have a few things planned in the run up to Xmas but hope to lose around 2.5st

2 weeks in & I have lost 9lbs, so theoretically I am on target to lose 3st by xmas, means a 3.6lb per week loss for the next 9 weeks so praying no crappy weeks till then,
