is this right?

The food directory I've got (out about last Xmas so don't know if up to date) says:

Cadbury Flake
15g treat 4 syns each
26g multipack 7 syns each
34g standard 9 syns each.

Is it the 9g mini one?

Oh I so need a box of them

I use the rule of thumb when shopping or wanting a treat it's roughly 1 syn per 20 calories. This only works if there isn't a free food allowance - so use it for sweets, chocolates, cakes etc. but don't rely on it all the time. Keep checking online or in your Food Directory to make doubly sure! x

Having a box of those mini Flakes in the house is so dangerous! I can't stop at one either!
Hmmmmm, chooooocolate!!!
