Is this right?

I joined slimming world on tue but want make sure I'm eating right things

Breakfast - 2 x eggs and tin baked
beans bacon

Snack - fruit - banana

Dinner - soup only half covent garden tomato

Snack - fruit - orange apple

Tea - chicken breast veg

Muller yogurt

Drinks water and coffee

And then today this is what I had

Friday

Morning coffee 1 sweetener little milk
Breakfast - 2 slices whole meal and 2 eggs
Snack - 2 oranges apple and raspberries
Dinner - jacket potato and beans
Snack - 1 Jaffa cake
Tea- steak potatoes n sweetcorn and muller light
Snack - curly wurly
Had 3 pints water and 2 coffees
