Is this still 1/2 sin??

I love the muller Greek coconut yogurt...a bit too much. This morning I mixed in with a 0 sin natural yogurt so I could have "more" of it....would it still be 1/2 sin or have I committed some form of food abuse?? Sounds so bad doesn't it?

It's still 1/2 syn but, were you hungry enough for technically eating 2 yogurts?
 
Not sure it ws hunger...just wanted more. Why...is that a techicality?
 
SW doesn't work as a calorie control diet but all foods obviously contain calories. The premise of SW is that you eat superfree, free, syn'd food (in that order if possible) when you are hungry.
If you eat them 'just because they're free' you'll be consuming more calories than your body requires for normal metabalism - and therefore it can slow down your losses.
That said, if you get an attack of the munchies, it's much better to have a yoghurt than to reach for the biscuit/chocolate tin or crisps.
