Hi there! Ive been hearing a lot of people having stuff like quorn products and tofu, and i was wondering if its really still good for you? What about stuff like asda meat-free range, is that still gonna be the same pp value as quorn and stuff?
And whats the pp on tofu? Do you have to fry it or can you still cook it nicely another way?
Lol sry lots of questions, im just starting out lol

Quorn/or supermarkets own brand Its low in fat and a good source of protein. Im not a veggie but i eat loads of it! Put it in sauce with pasta, stick it stew, sausages are best in stews as can dry out, or in omlettes. It can be microwaved too. I buy frozen as its just me that eats it and so it easy to portion out :) hope that helps? X

Kool thank you :) ill get some next shop day and try it
