Is tuna, pasta, sweetcorn dinner free on EE? can i really eat as much as i want?

I had tuna, pasta, sweetcorn for lunch along with a large salad with carrot and cucumber.

I had hellmans extra light which i understand for 2 tablespoons was 1 syn.

This seems to good to be true?

Just make sure that 1/3 of every portion is superfree (which you probably are doing as you mention the salad).
SW is SO hard to get your head round but it's amazing <3

I think the mayo would be 2 syns, but apart from that yes as long as you have a 1/3 superfree food (non starchy veg) then yes the rest is free)

I think extra light mayo tastes a lot different from normal but if you mix it in with things and maybe add a teeny bit of mustard you can't really tell too badly hehe

yes sweetcorn is free on extra easy
and its everything in moderaton dont eat until you are stuffed

Sweetcorn is free on EE and green but has a syn value on original.
