Just wanted to know, I am wanting to lose up to 10lbs before I go on holiday soon, having successfully lost 3 stone last year, I've decided to ss for 2 weeks again and would appreciate anybody who has re-started, I'm hoping to lose it in 2 weeks. When I first did it I lost 10lbs the first week and 5.5 the 2nd week.
Am I being to optimistic xxx
