Italian Meal

    I am going out for an Italian meal next week, and am just wondering if anyone knows of anything i could eat that has a low points value?

    Pasta with some sort of tomato-based veggie sauce is what I always go for. Would be 6 or 7 points.

    The only well known Italian I can think of is Robert de Niro.

    I think I must be a lot older than one as the only gorgeous Italian that comes to mind is Franco Nero who played Lancelot in Camelot

    If the place Im going to isnt listed I usually just use the closest type. Theres an Italian section in the book Id use that as a starter :)

    I don't think I'd want to eat a book even as a starter.
