There are a few things on there that don't include pasta or bread. Have a look down the list to find some you like.

I think the soup of the day is probs a very good bet, but NO bread lol.

You can't go far wrong with the aubergine dish or the salads. Perhaps you can ask for lean parma ham, say, or a steak? Or roast chicken with salad?

I was thinking the aubergine dish for main and the mozz & tom salad for starter but wasnt sure about the toms or the pesto??

Have calmed down slightly!

You should be alright, im sure the quantity of the tomatoe and pesto they give you won't be that much.

I like the sound of the Pollo Mama. When I'm not sure about the sauce I just ask for it on the side so I can control how much of it I eat.

Thanks guys, I was so stuffed when I had finished, my stomach actually hurt, and this morning I've put on half a pound but that's probably sheer mass haha.

Have weed on a stick and I'm still in ketosis just a little less then I was before.

Eating out again tonight though. Indians this time so not so bad!
