im up for it but i have no idea what my club 10 is as my leader has not said anything! i was 24 stone and half a pound when i joined 2 weeks ago so anyone know what my club 10 is ? ta

To calculate your club 10 - take your start weight and work out 10% and then deduct when you reach this weight you have got your club 10.
Hope this makes sense.

ok my club 10 is 34lb, i have lost 11lb so far so i have 23lb to loose to get my club ten and i think its achievable by christmas.
