Well thought I would start a food diary from today to help keep me on track as doing weigh in from home:

Breakfast: Two poached egg on a piece of toast and one cup of tea

Great breakfast. I love poached eggs but I'm often too lazy to wait for them to cook (like mine hard weird i know).

You can do this. A diary helps me loads.

Well Thurs and so far today:

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix with Milk from HeA

Snack: Go Ahead Yogurt slice (not sure on syns will have to work it out)

Lunch: Jacket Potato with Low fat cottage cheese HeA, cucumber, beetroot and cherry tomatoes. After a pear, Weight Watchers vanilla yoghurt.

Snack: 2 x Alpen Light choc and fudge bar HeA, 2 x babybel HeA with a cup of tea

Tea: Small bowl of penne pasta plain
2 x Kiwi

Supper: 1 x piece of toast with marmite

You can work out the Syns value for that from the packaging. As it doesn't qualify for any free foods, it will be 1 Syn per 20 calories.

How are you getting on?

I'm making pitta bread pizza for lunch, what are you having.

I use the 20cals =1syn rule too.
 
Well feeling good today although proper hungry so far so good:

Breakfast: 1 piece of toast HeB with 1 poached egg & Weight Watchers Vanilla Yoghurt

Snack: 2 x Alpen Light Choc & Fudge Bars HeB with a cup of tea large conference pear

Lunch: Jacket Pot with fat free cottage cheese, cucumber, cherry toms, beetroot and gurkins
Raspberries and fat free natural yoghurt

Tea: wholemeal pitta bread HeB stuffed with quorn, mushrooms, onions and spices served with roasted new potatoes. Afters fat free natural yoghurt with raspberries

All yummy in my tummy lol

Nope weight watchers toffee and vanilla ones a free well they were last year you get 2 toffee and 2 vanilla I prefer the vanilla to toffee because I love the toffee mullers they don't compare but it's food ;).

Lol. Excellent I'll try to find some next week. Have you tried the onken fat free vanilla large yogurt pots. Syn free and like custard! Lush on sliced banana.
 
Morning everyone happy Saturday:

Breakfast: 2 slices of 400g wholemeal loaf HeB with marmite, muller light and and kiwi cup of tea

Snack: Cup of tea and fibre plus bar HeB

Lunch: 4 x Ryvita Sesame HeB with Half tub of Low Low cheese spread HeA topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce. After a Weight Watchers Toffee Yog with cup of tea.

Tea: Paprika Potato Wedges, Corn Chilli with peas, peppers, onions, tinned toms and garlic.

Snack: 2 x Pears cup of tea

I love the dark choc fibre plus bars, making me crave chocolate now lol! You are doing very well Mrs O!
 
Well my Sunday started at 5:30am getting up for work (yawn) my food so far:

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix HeB with SS Milk HeA
Coffee

Lunch: 4 x Sesame Ryvita HeB with Low Low cheddar spread HeA cucumber and tomato
Cup of tea. Fat Free Natural Yoghurt with raspberries.

Snack: Pear and cup of tea

Tea: SW Carbonara with Bacon HeB with added mushrooms and onions.

Snack: Pear, 2 x Babybel HeA and cup of tea

8 Syns: 2 x tbsp of Nutella (can't resist chocolate)

All in all a good day but very heavy period so will prob be a gain tomorrow :( x

Well another another dollar lol gained a 1lb am gutted but am having a pretty hefty period grrr lol anyhow food so far today:

Breakfast: 2 x slices (400g) of whole meal toast HeB with marmite and a cup of tea

Snack: half a tub of Onken Fat Free Vanilla yoghurt with raspberries and OMG it's so yummy nearly ate the whole thing lol. 2 x babybel HeA, two pears and an apple. I seem to be mega hungry today opps lol.

Lunch: Jacket pot with left over quorn mince with peppers and onions, shredded lettuce and cucumber and fat free cottage cheese.

Tea: SW Chips, 2 poached eggs and baked Beans. Ketchup 1 Syn Homemade SW ice cream 1 syn.

Other syns 2 tbsp of nutella 8 syns it curbs my choc craving lol

Total of 10 syns

Ahhh hun its just star week. It will be gone next week, keep the faith.

Onken, in group today my consultant said the new pots with a label on saying no artificial sweeter are now 5/ 5.5syns a large pot. The pots without this label are still free. Damn you Onken!!!!

Phew the one I have is still the old version and with sweeteners how naughty of them to change it but wow it's lush even worth 5/5.5 syns though can I freeze that to make ice cream? X

yep use it instead of fromage frais.
toffee mullerlight, fromage frais, quark and 1/2pack of crushed maltesers makes a lust icecream at 5.5syns for the lot.

Diaries looking good so far hun! that pesky gain is most likely due to period and will be all gone with extra next week x
