I don't have any wrist or ankle weights, but I am seriously considering investing in some after the Wii session that I have just had.
I was thinking about moving up to the intermediate classes, but decided to give the beginner a try while holding tins of beans - I was more out of breath and definitely sweating more. I was just completely amazed by just how much of a difference it made!!
I felt like I had worked out more than ever before with this game - do they recommend that you do it with weights?
Now, since doing it a few times, the woman on the screen stays green more and I find the moves a lot easier to follow (cause I think I know what move is coming next) and I don't have to stop quite so often.
I wish I hadn't left it for three months before even giving it a try!!
