Yes, I've been doing the water thing as well. Just about to hit 4 litres.

I think I need to get out more.

im fasting at the moment so just trying to catch up with the water i should have drank during the day, managed a litre so far.....well im up till 2 so hopefully do 3 litres by then.then up all night to the loo probally.

I can't imagine how difficult it would be to fit this diet in with fasting. I'd take my hat off to you if I had one.

I watched a movie earlier, maybe I should have watched another one after it.

I'm not really in a position to go anywhere worthwhile even if I did go out more to be honest. I'm stuck out almost in the middle of nowhere. Last bus home is 7pm.
