Well I guess I'm just and early birdy!

Off into town again today, to do a couple of returns for misbought purchases. In the cold light of the bedroom mirror cruel reality strikes, and they have to go back!

Going to the hospital later for the official results from my boob lump, even though they phoned up and told me 3 weeks ago. What a waste of an afternoon.

Hope we have great losers here today. Good to see Claire (T4M) is back on form!!!

Morning All

Looks like I'm an early bird as well.. Had Kieron's friend staying last night, so they were up half the night and like zombies this morning. I've got to be up on cracking the whip duty, or they'd spend the day in bed I'm sure LOL

Not been a bad weekend, spent it nice and quietly.

Having a going through my wardrobe day, trying on clothes that I haven't worn in quite some time, size 22's, the clothes that I wore after my hysterectomy 2 years ago. I'm now smaller than I've been in 7 years, so I know that they'll fit me, but will make me feel better to put them on and see it in the mirror.

Morning all! Just nipped on as I have dd's packed lunch to make, 2 kids to dress and myself to sort out. I'm working 10-2 today. Will be good to get back to my routine after yesterday's spontaneous decision to have a meal :eek:

Not been on the scales as I'm a bit ahem, bunged up, so will wait a few days till I get back into the routine etc I think.

Sun is shining here and I am in good spirits!

Hi all, I've had a terrible weekend & messed up awfully (bingearama!!) but I am determined to put it behind me & get on with shifting my last 2 stone. The sun is shining here too & I about to get off to do the school run & then get to work. I always find the week easier so I'd like to get a really good week under my belt, plenty of water & exercise & stick to SS 100% then I will be ready for the weekend with my willpower on full throttle.

I was good up to last night then had a spat with OH and headed for the chocolate. It happens everythime! I know Im doing it but just cant stop stuffing my face. Went to bed feeling sick and angry with myself. Still angry this morning but I will get through this and today is another day. Been glugging the water and hopefully flush it through.

Well I've been a bad girl this weekend too.. 2 glasses of wine and a chicken wing. AND we went to a chinese restaurant on Sat lunch time and I ate 4 slices of mushroom and a sliver of pork.. I know it's not much in calories but in my mind it's cheating and I feel awful!

So that's it from now on, no more cheating.. I'm going 110% SS.

I usualy get on the scales everyday but I'm avoiding them at the moment, because I'm so close to my 'Stage 1' target, I want to get on the scales and see that I've done it so I'm waiting a few days!

Am I the only one that behaved this weekend? That's got to be a first, mind you I am the newbie so I should be on my best behaviour at this point shouldn't I? :rolleyes:

I spent Saturday at a petting farm with nothing to eat but chicken pellets which I managed to avoid strangely enough :D and yesterday we went to Cromer and I skipped merrily past the ice cream and fish and chip shops (well, slunk miserably really, but I'm not going to tell you lot that, oops!)

Had a rubbish start to the week as I kept eating the kids easter eggs and then having to buy replacements, so really this weekend was my first proper attempt, and I am happy to say that I feel much better for behaving myself.

Back on the straight and narrow now!

Morning everyone from a sunny Dundee.
I managed my first weekend without a slip and even sat through watching my OH eating lunch in our fav cafe.
If I can do that I can do anything.
Just on my way out to Pets at Home to stock up for the animals, plus it's one place that the smell shouldn't make me hungry.
Then I think i'll potter about in the garden.

Ive been bad since Feb , and every week i ve made a different exscuse as to why im not back on it till tommorrow. Hence 10 lb has slowly but surely crept back on!


So today Im starting again on SS. I have quite a few emotional issues going on at the moment and thse have been the reason for falling off the wagon. But today I have decided is the turning point , today ~I am getting back on and staying on shakes

so heres to the next litre of water xxx

hi miniminers!!Well after not loosing anything this week im a bit peed to say the least but not going to let it annoy me as off on holidays tomorrow! i just dont get it sometimes i lost 5lbs last week then nothing zilch zero the same weighed myself 3friggin time on both sets of scales:rolleyes:!! Im soooo going to miss mini's during the week even though i wont be on cd.Maybe i will find a internet cafe and try log in sometimes :innocent0001:!!Had some dinner yesterday eve although i wasnt ament to eat until today. So having 2shakes today and then dinner this evening to make sure im out of ketosis.

Best of luck to anyone with weigh in's and to all the loosers.Remember stay strong and keep gluging the water.I will still be around later and tomorrow morning:D

Afternoon peeps! Well I'm still smiling from ear to ear after my fabby weekend! Husband surprised me with a nights stay at Malmaison in Reading!! Had a gorgeous suite equipped with Rain shower :eek: (you can tell I'm easily pleased!LOL) THEN he took me shopping an brought me a new handbag - I tell you I was in heaven! Considering the week before I thought we had started the slippery slope to divorceville (which as all in my head apparently!) it was such a turn around. Needles to say I didn't stick with the diet, had fallen off way before anyhoo due to the fact I thought relationship was down the pan!!

The only downer on the weekend was when I caught sight of myself in the mirror whilst in said rain shower...:eek:OMG - talk about being in denial...I never accepted I was THIS big - I sooooo need to get these pounds off!!! So relationship=Check! CD packs = Check! Next goal for me is to lose 14lbs before my birthday mid May (and next dirty weekend away! LOL) I defo want to be a bit slimmer then - I'm revved up ready to go!

Good afternoon luvly peeps!

My CDC isnt going to weigh me til the end of the month, firstly as its TOTM and secondly as I've just moved up the plans, plus major major water retention due to the alcohol Fri night - which by the way still have the headache or that could be TOTM - or maybe its just everything!

I'm 11st on my scales first thing in the morning in the nakedness - so I'll just keep an eye on it... I've got cottage cheese, ready cooked sliced skinless roast chicken (how lazy am I) rocket, watercress & cucumber - I shall be feasting like a king this week. Must deal with the water situation which has been dreadful past 48hrs - naughty naughty lady!

I will be attempting at least 1 exercise class this week - maybe even 2, it'll be towards end of the week though... No need to rush is there....

Ummmm what else do I need to tell you all - nothing I dont think other than have a lovely day to you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
