Its only tuesday???

Classic case of being bored rather than tired.

Your mind is racing when it is time to est/sleep.

Only exercise can save you now - and lots of it. Wrap up warm and and take two walks per day (after meals) and come back on here in 4 weeks.

I could have written this Monday evening & then again on Tuesday! Lol.

Hope things perk up for you soon. I'm wishing the weekend would come quicker too, maybe together we can make it move forward a few days! Hehe
