Well here i am back again! Im daft really i lost all of my baby weight with slimming world and then decided i wanted a change (i was overweight before i got pregnant). Fast forward 4 years and im 3 stone heavier, why did i ever come off this plan

Anyway im back and i have a lovely holiday to look forward to in august, ive realised that i may not lose all of the 6 - 7 stone before then but i can get rid of a big bloody chunk. Hello to everyone and hope to speak to you all very soon x
