oh dear i went out for a meal yesterday it was my dads birthday he was 86!! and was really upset when i said i could not go out to celebrate his birthday to a restuarant he does not understand when i say im on this diet i dont tell him its TFR because i know he would just worry, so needless to say i felt guilty and went i must admit i had a really good time but gosh i am suffering big time today i have the most horrific tummy pains and i never even ate lots i could not stomach it just had a salad but did also have a few drinks i felt tipsy after my 1st drink (i can usually drink like a fish!!)lol!. so now im feeling all guilty and fed up with myself for eating and drinking :copon:and im dreading all the horrible getting bk into ketosis bit.:break_diet:
oh well treat today as day one and just get on with it but i have learnt my lesson its soooo not worth messing around with this diet

Just be very careful in future as there are hidden dangers of drinking alcohol while in ketosis.
Put it behind you now and a new start, good luck.

Well dont kick yourself to hard cos you've got the right attitude straight back on it. Hope I'm as strong as you in weeks to come. Yesterday I was really ready for chuckin it in be strangely enough I did tea for all the family made sandwiches for pack ups today and felt better. Mmmm me thinks I'm losing it.

Don't be so hard on yourself, it was a selfless act on your part, knowing you were part of an important family event, and now you can carry on the battle. We are all behind you and know that you CAN succeed.

I am amazed when I look at your weight loss 72 lb, you and I have a similar weight to lose but I am only starting. I hope I can be as good as you and if I fall off the wagon then I hope i can get back on too. You are an inspiration. Good luck with the weigh in and don't worry. At 86 your dad needed celebrating, it's a great age.
