I've been stupid

Yes, I have been stupid and have been eating for the last 4 days. I still fit into my size 16's, but i can feel the pot belly coming on. I don't know whats wrong with me. As soon as I lose a stone I start my old tricks again and ruin it for my self.
Decided to get back on track on Monday, then I'll have 2 weeks to lose some weight before my birthday.
God, I just get so BORED of the shakes. You have to admit, although it's an excellent diet, it's so boring............
Anyway, just thought I'd share.:wave_cry:
 
that happens me too,,i lose interest,,but really trying not to this time,,want to lose 2 stone so i can start aquaerobics,,just need to do this to give me a confidence boost before getting into a swimmng suit,,dont beat yourself up about it,,start again whenever your ready,,but dont leave it too long,,i did this 6 months ago lasted 4 days and gave up,,said i start on mon again,,,6 months on and i just started,,duh silly me
 
same here, the only time ive been good is the first week which is really annoying, i get so depressed about my weight but find it so difficult not to put food into my mouth out of boredom, ive picked at food over the last two days but ive still lost weight which is the kick i needed really, i see my scales moving and i want to do it. making kids their dinner is a killer for me
 
I have done exactly the same this week and I have to get weighed this evening. CDC will ask how I have been and I will say 'bloody awful'. I had 2 meals out with friends this week and didn't want to make a big issue of being on yet another diet, so had a main course. I really need to get back on it and no more socialising until 17/5 - family party.
 
It's hard to stay focussed, this I KNOW! Just try staying with lean and green for the social gatherings. Carbs are a killer to recover from. URGH!
