Ive bought a hula hoop!

I saw it on ebay, and thought "why not"
I love pretending to do it on the wii and loved it as a kid.
£15 inc postage so cant wait for it to come. You can burn 300 cals in no time at all.
Ill let you know how i get on, but if anybody has got one, how are they and do they work?

is it a weighted hoop ???

i looked at one on victoria health , but it was over £40 quid

you can get some great exercise hoola dvd's on amazon , might make it more fun

yes its weighted and comes with a dvd showing you the basics, but you can get loads of videos on youtube for it too.
As ive now got time on my hands, why not make a decent dent in this weight loss journey!
