I've Done It!

3 months, 27 pounds later & I have reached my goal weight of 9 stone today!

Sorry about the dodgy 'after' photo. Its the most recent one I had. I wasn't as miserable as I looked!

Its been one heck of a journey & I would like to say a big thank you to you Mini Mins who have been here when I needed a good moan & felt like giving it all in. A special thanks to Iris who has given brilliant advice! Thank you.

So on to maintanance I go. Very scared about how it will work out, so will roughly calorie count until I get my head around the idea that my weightloss journey has come to a end.

Sandy, first of all thank you! Really happy to hear I am inspiring people. It really is an amazing feeling when you get to the target!

I started off quite low at around 1,000 calories a day. Tried to eat more healthier towards the end (e.g. more fruit and veg) which upped my calories slightly to 1,200. I also excercised a lot in the first month or two, but this tailed off towards the end. Tried mixing up what I ate daily to get my metabolism going & ate little snacks throughout the day.
