God i feel awful, managed to have shakes and soups yesterday without any cheating but didnt drink anywhere near the water level I should of, still feel rubbish this morning hopefully will feel better later.xx

aww.. i had this at the weeend to too, my throat felt like i was swallowing razor blades!!!

someone toldme to drink the flavouring warm - which i did, it was lovely and helped me get some of my waer down.

hope you fell better soon.

I cant have the flavouring they bring me out in an awful rash that itches like mad.lol. so just the water for me.
