Just to say hello and thank you.

My husband and I joined slimming world in late January, we've lost over 1.5st between us so far. P maintains and loses while mine seems always to be up and down and frankly im finding it a little frustrating.

I do the cooking so its mainly syn free or low syn. P snacks on bread and butter while I try to avoid it altogether.

I love the recipes on here and the way members say how they've altered it to how it works for them.
