ive found it the easiest dieting week of my life! i had been on 2 meals and even had a little drink at the weekend but pointed and counted everything! i got a tracker book and a points calculator and it has been on me all week! im really made up.. i know as im 19st that a bigish lose on my 1st week but just to say to lighter people it can still be done, my best friend started with me as we go to class then a swim and she started at 14st7, she lost 7.5lb and is now in the 13's so it can be done regardles of size!
