I'VE LOST HOW MUCH!!?

    Hi all,

    Just been weighed - day 21 after starting SS + - lost 28 lbs. wow, on the whole it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Is it uphill or downhill from now on!!!:character00238:

    Fan bl--dytastic!!! excellent result, it is uphill to reach the summit of you success which means downscales at your weigh ins. I fell by the wayside yesterday (really bad succumbed to F-sh & ch--s)
    reading these inputs spurs me on to get up and continue

    Hi Everyone...I'm new!

    Hi There!

    I've been looking at everyone's comments and am really impressed by everyones losses on the CD!:) I thought i'd join this forum early as i think it's a fantastic motivational tool!
    I have't as yet started on the CD diet, but i've already made an appointment to meet with my councellor for 5th March (I'm going to watch Tina Turner in concert on the 3rd of March, so i think it will be a naughty night!)
    My soon to be councellor has told me to prepare myself for the 5th by cutting down on carbs and drinking more water, That shouldn't be a problem, but i was wondering if any alcohol consumption a few days before starting CD will hinder any weight loss even if i've cut down on carbs etc??
    Hope someone can help!

    had my first weigh in today, although it's my 6th day, I have lost 5.75 lbs. :)

    I do feel great, funny but I didn't think I'd lost anything until I saw it for myself, I felt I'd lost then - tee hee. Keep going everyone, I'm getting into it now and love to read everyone else's progress. Sooner do this than have surgery anyday. Keep it up all - of us
