morning everyone hope your all having a good day so far?I'm basically writing this today because i need everyone to give me a big kick up the bum to get me back on track because i have been a naughty girl and been stuffing my face for the last week and Ive put on a massive 6lbs boo hoo, my friend was doing the Cambridge diet with me but is giving it up for a little while so i lost all my motivation as doing it with her forced me to stick with it. Ive just had my first shake and I'm determined to lose what Ive put on by my next weigh in next Monday so fingers crossed i can get the next hard 3 or 4 days out of the way and get back into the swing of it, I'm so cross with myself but Ive got to just get over it and see it as a bad week and not let it happen again xx
