I put on 4lbs as I weighed mid-week one week - get away from the flipping scales CDG - NOW!!!!!! Its prob only water hun xxxxxxxx

Don't worry hun. I had about 6 - 7 weeks of losing 4 and 5 pounds. Then slowed down for the last 4 weeks and on tuesday I lost 3 pounds but put on an inch around my waist.
The human body is a bizarre thing but rest assured one week you will be rewarded and have an even bigger loss than usual xx
