I've put 5lb on

Was doing so well but had a bit of a binge over 2 days and have gained 5lb:break_diet:

I'm hoping thats its just water or those sac things filling up again and it'll come off again quickly as surely I didn't eat THAT much (few biscuits,2 crumpets,2 x choc bars,sandwhich and 2 AAMs but had only 1 pack the last 2 days)

mmm im in the same boat... had a wee binge on wednesday after weigh in (well quite a big binge actually) and am also showing a few lbs gain.
im not going to change my ticker though, im feeling low enough as it is... to show a gain would destroy me lol.
i too am guzzling my water, and praying it is just a water gain.

I ate two meals over the weekend and gained all my weight loss back(10lbs). But after 2 days I had lost it all again so you might find your in luck and it is just fluid!

As I have a Wedding this weekend and intend to eat and drink I may be joining you with the gain again. I just figure you can diet but still have to live.

You would have to eat an extra 3,500 calories to gain 1lb in weight and for every 1gm of carbs you eat you gain 4gms of water or even up to 6gms of water if your athletic so if you restocked your glycogen stores it will be water and once back on ss you will lose it all again within a couple of days. This is why you need to be on a diet for more than a week to see an actual fat loss.

I gained after my mega binge earlier this week too :( I am hoping that by my WI on Monday I can at least have stayed the same.

Mind you my CDc doesnt seem to want to weigh me, so I can tell her what I like!!!!
