I also like hot toffee and walnut.

I have all my shakes hot, feel it fills you up more for some reason, and I can get away with adding more water and stretching it out that way too!

Hot shakes are good, but I also (& this may turn stomachs sorry!!) add a bit of water to my sweet shakes (butterscotch is a fave) and warm it up so its like a kind of sloppy baby food, eaten off a spoon.
