Not sure if anyone is up, i wouldnt be normally but I am nightshift 2nite so thought id have a wee browse.
Just wanted to say that I have started CD. I brought a 2litre bottle of water to work and I have drunk half of it already

Good luck, you can do this! And that's a great start on the water, as a lot of people seem to struggle with that bit at first

Excellent, 2 litres is a great start. Good luck with the diet, I'm sure you'll do great, it's hard, but so worth it when you start to see the lb's melt away
