I've been on slimming world since the beginning of Jan, I've so far lost 9 pounds, I was steady loosing usually a pound a week with the odd two pound or one and a half loss weeks. Then I lost it for three weeks, I didn't go to class because of one thing or another, but since Thursday of last week (Wed is WI day) I have stuck religiously to the plan!! So I can not wait to get on those scales tomorrow. Here's todays food!

B: 1 cereal bar (HE) muller yog, herbal tea
L: Jacket Spud with tuna mayo (2) salad, muller greek yog (1.5) water
T: will be - chicken, mushrooms, jacket spud and salad
After tea I will have cereal bar (HE) two peices of cheese (HE) and maybe a muller yog if i'm pondering for more!

Can't wait for tomorrow morning to come!
 
If they are muller light greek yogs they are only 0.5 syns :)

so last night after WI I ate my second to last remaining easter egg along with half a melon! small size egg and a creme egg, worked it out and have 11 syns to have each day Thurs (today) - Tues. Today -

B: 2 cereal bars (HE) muller yog , oat cake (3) herbal tea
L: Tuna mayo salad spud (2) grapes, water
T: chicken, mushrooms, jacket, salad, water followed by a muller and melon
Syns - 3 snack a jack style things, 6 syns all together, 2 cadbury large buttons 3 syns, 16 syns today so only 6 tomorrow.
