*Iwillbeslim* diary - First week on SW

Well joined SW yesterday and it was my first day today so thought i would start a diary to post my menus and thoughts for the day. So far i have found it really easy which is great. I am also planning on joining the gym tomorrow so i am looking forward to that. My menu for today is below:

Breakfast
Brown bread (healthy extra b)
Baked beans

Lunch
Salad
Chicken tikka (1 syn)
Mayonnaise (5 syns)

Dinner
Pork chop (all visible fat removed)
Jacket potato
Light butter (1 syn)
Baby sweetcorn
Broccoli
Apple sauce (1 syn)

Snacks
Pineapple
Cereal bar (3 syns)
Mullerlight yog


Would someone be very kind and check my menu to see if it is ok?

Yep all seems ok there hun, what day was you following or was EE?
5 Syns for mayo - buy extra light doesnt taste much diff and less syns :)

Well still going well. I am still so suprised how easy it is. I am planning on making cous couse cake tonight and also quiche at the weekend. I am also going to plan some meals and do a big shop. I'm hoping the scales will show something good on Tuesday.

Well done for sticking to the plan! Let me know what the couscous cake is like? I keep saying I'll make some but never get 'round to it! :(

Made the cous cous cake and it wasn't as i expected. It didn't taste bad just didn't taste of anything as i used banana and custard yog. I am going to try it again but with a different yog or maybe even coffee flavour. Weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed i have lost something.

First weigh in!

Well had my first weigh in tonight and lost 4.5 lbs! I can't believe it as it has been so easy as i haven't been hungery unlike ww. Off to read the SW magazine now :)
