I started SW last Wednesday and in order to keep a check on myself i am going to write a food diary. I am currently doing EE so here is todays food:
EE day
Breakfast
Bacon (grilled)
Egg & Mushrooms (fried in fry light)
Lunch
Fresh grilled veg pasta - 5.5 syns
Pasta sauce - 4.5
Dinner
Chicken stuffed with Mozzarella and wraped in bacon (hex A)
Brocolli
Potatoes
Snack
Fiberplus bar (hex B)
Drink
Coffee
Pepsi Max
Syns - 10
I hope it looks ok. If anyone has any suggestions or tips please let me know.
