    Weight watchers
    About time I started one of these, heres todays food:

    New york cinnamon and raisin bagel with flora lighter than light (3.5)
    Strawberries and splenda (0.5)


    Wrap (3)
    Stir fried peppers, tomatos, mushrooms (0)
    More strawberries :) (0.5)
    Tesco light choices lemon drizzle slice (1)


    Leek and mushroom pie with bacon (7)
    New potatoes (1)

    WW choc pud (3)

    Apple (0.5)

    Total: 20 :D

    Muller light 1.5

    2x ww bread 1.5
    Ham 1
    Walkers baked 1.5
    Apple 0.5

    Ahem. KFC 11

    Curly whirly 2
    ww ice cream pud 3

    23 - only one over, but had 2 saved from walkies :)

    I MUST eat more fruit and veg, not enough today. Funny how I used to exist on vegetables and porridge. Really struggle to include them now :(

    grr, scratch the last post. Stupid left over KFC and my minuscule will power.

    Have just spent 30 mins on the exercise bike to try and undo it.
