jacket potato help please

i had a jacket potato yesterday for my dinner but i have no idea of the cals for it, i have 3 different calorie books and they all give a different answer, anyone got a rough average of what potato is please.
my jacket spud weighed 235g

I'm just about to have a sweet potato and it's a lot more kcals than I thought it would be, oops.

An average baked potato raw weight 250g is 198 calories (fits into your hand nicely)

Sweetpotato is 24 calories raw weight per 28g

Sweetpotato is a lower GI food though than an ordinary potato so is better for keeping the sugar levels steadier, unless you have low GI foods with an ordinary potato to balance it out.

i dont like sweet potatoes :yuk: and i have tried them more than once.

i think im not going to worry to much about the gi in things just the cals and less than 5% fat
