jacket potato help

I've never really thought about it. On the odd occassion I have a jacket potato I weigh it uncooked. Doesn't seem to have effected my weightloss but then again I don't eat many potatoes at all really.
 
I would have counted it as cooked but if you're unsure try putting either cooked or raw in your search and it'll bring the calories up for either of those x
 
Usually it's uncooked. Who is going to put a piping hot potato on their weighing scales? lol
