Jacket Potato on Red Day question....

I am having a Jacket potato tonight (I am having a red day) - but if it weighs more than the 227g as set for a HEXB - can I make up the excess weight as a Syn, and how many Syns should I put for the extra, hope I have made myself clear, thanks.

I should say that I used my other today's HEXB on wholemeal bread toasted for breakfast with my boiled eggs....
