Extra ProPoints Jacket Potato

Hi all

I am planning on having jacket potato for dinner tomorrow, any idea of PP per 100g raw weight. Also I assume I count the points as per raw weight and not cooked weight? Thanks in advance.

1pp per 50g raw I always do my jacket spuds on raw weight.

Yes a total stunner, poppy is really beautiful but doesn't really like having her photo taken, unlike my dog Millie who will happily pose like a super model
