Mushy peas. Sounds weird. Tastes right. Mushy peas and a side salad and a dollop of low fat salad cream.

Have you tried stuffed potatoes?? Its a bit more interesting..

I love beans and cheese on mine. Though I also love using my laughing cow triangles on them too.

I had one for lunch actually...it was 'lish x

i like fat free cottage cheese wizzed using a hand blender then with salt, pepper, spring onion, diced red pepper, cucumber, and some smoked salmon make a yummy smoked salmon pate! !!! smoked salmon pate and jacket spud!!! yummy!

the pate also goes well with homemade melba toast!!


you could use quark i spose instead of cattage cheese!

You scoop out the potato, mix with whatever you fancy, then stuff it back in! You can also then cover with cheese & grill if you like too.
