Breakfast - Pear up to late

Lunch - Wholemeal pitta bread (B), extra lean mincemeat, brocolli, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, mayo (4)

Dinner - Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato in sauce

Snacks - Melon, pineapple, strawberries, Milk (A), hifi bar (B) hot choclate (3), asda crisps (6.5)

Late Dinner - Chicken breast with chilli whilli powder, sprouts, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots and swede, muller light yoghurt

Dinner - Iceland chicken fillet filled with brocolli and cheese wrapped in bacon (2), carrots and swede, brocolli, cauliflower, sprouts, 2 x yorkshire pudding (5)
