Hello all I'm jade 32years old from Birmingham I joined the site last night. With intentions of doing another plan but by 10am this morning I changed my mind so here I am. I did SW in 2009 but only lasted a month and only lost 4 lbs. If I'm honest I didn't really follow the plan correctly.

Im here to restart and to try to understand the plan and follow it without any excuses I weigh 13stone 13 today. I'd like to be 12stone 7 lbs by 6th December as its my boyfriends birthday . We have been together for 9 months it's still early days but so far so good. He his a big food eater hench why a plan with food will suit me better. I will return back to a group on Tuesday @ 5:30pm So here I am ready to break out of the 13stones bracket ASAP:) any help would be grateful I do still have my booklet my down fall is I don't prepare my foods. So this will help me being on this site.

Day 1

B- 2 fried eggs & baked beans.
L- fat free yogurt & a banana
D- steak fillets with mixed peppers & diced herbed potatoes.
Maybe a glass of wine... Not sure yet.

So am I right in thinking these been NO syns used in today's menu??? ( apart from the red wine of course)
