thank you all so much. I am not sure what i did to make it all fall away, i just stuck to the diet to the letter - 3 shakes a day, 4 pints of water minimum and 'hey presto'.

I was wondering if i had maybe got a food intolerance and if i was holding onto so much water and thats why it all fell off???? Not worried one way or the other just so pleased it's gone and i am on my way to a better life!!!

I don't know how you did it either!

I did CD - for a day and a half - it made me ill. Even now, i can't stomach the thought of a cuppa soup!
